Credits and Subscription
Understand credits, generation costs, subscriptions, and billing settings in ViraFlow.
What credits are
Credits pay for AI work in ViraFlow.
They can be used for video analysis, image generation, video generation, text or script generation, and some processing tools such as upscale or background removal.
The exact cost depends on the action, model, output type, duration, resolution, and number of results. ViraFlow shows the credit cost in the generation panel before you run many actions.
Check credits before generating
On the canvas, the top project bar shows your remaining credits.
If you do not have enough credits, ViraFlow will stop the generation and show an
insufficient credits message. Use Buy Credits from the canvas or open the
pricing page to add more.
Subscription credits and pay-as-you-go credits
ViraFlow supports subscription plans and pay-as-you-go credit packs.
Important rules:
- Subscription credits refresh when the subscription renews.
- Unused subscription credits expire at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Pay-as-you-go credits do not expire.
- Daily check-in credits may be available when the feature is enabled.
Use the pricing page for the current plan amounts. The page is the source of truth when prices or credit amounts change.
How to avoid wasting credits
Before running a large batch:
- Start with one short test.
- Check whether the direction is right.
- Improve the input if needed.
- Generate more only after the test works.
This is safer than spending credits on many versions of an unclear idea.
What to check before a run
Before generating, check:
- Current credit balance
- Selected model
- Output type
- Generation count
- Image count
- Video duration
- Resolution or quality setting
- Input quality
If the input is weak, fix the input first. More generations will not reliably repair an unclear source.
Manage billing
Use account settings to review credits, payments, invoices, and subscription
status. If your plan supports subscription management, use Manage Subscription
or Cancel Subscription from the billing settings.
