FAQ

Common beginner questions about ViraFlow canvas workflows.

Why did generation fail?

Generation may fail when the input is unclear, the prompt is too complex, credits are insufficient, a reference is missing, or a model is temporarily unavailable.

Try one of these:

  • use a shorter prompt
  • use a clearer image
  • ask for one main action
  • remove extra references
  • check your remaining credits
  • try again later if the model is unavailable

The video may not be public, the link may be expired, the platform may block access, or the URL may come from an unsupported page type.

The safest backup is to upload a local video file that you have the right to use.

Why did an upload fail?

An upload may fail when the file is too large, the file type is unsupported, the network is unstable, or the browser cannot read the media.

Try a shorter MP4, MOV, or WebM file first. For reference video breakdown, shorter videos are more reliable than long videos.

Why are generated results unstable?

AI generation can vary. Clearer inputs usually create more stable results.

Use saved references, shorter instructions, and one main action at a time. If a result changes too much, go back to the strongest image or asset and generate from that.

How do I make a character more consistent?

Use saved character assets and clear reference images.

Keep the same visual description across related nodes. If the character changes too much, return to the strongest reference image and generate again.

How do I make storyboards more coherent?

Start from script order. Each row should describe one shot, not several shots.

Generate storyboard images shot by shot, then check whether the sequence still makes sense before turning them into videos. If a shot is confusing, edit the script row before generating more media.

Where did my generated result go?

Generated images and videos can appear on the canvas and in Recent Results.

Open Recent Results from the left toolbar when you want to recover, view, download, insert, or save a generated result.

What is the difference between Assets and Recent Results?

Recent Results is project history. It helps you find media generated in the current project.

Assets is your reusable library. Save only material you want to use again.

Why can I not combine videos?

Video Composer works with completed video clips. If a video is still generating, failed, or too large, it may not be usable in the composer.

Keep composer projects short. If export fails, try fewer clips, shorter clips, or a desktop browser.

Why can I not extract frames or trim a video?

Frame extraction and trimming are designed for shorter videos. ViraFlow shows a limit when the source video is too long.

Trim long source material first, then bring the shorter clip back to the canvas.

How do I keep a project easy to edit?

Keep one clear job per node. Place related nodes near each other. Save useful media to assets, and remove weak tests when they are no longer needed.
