Crop, Rotate, and Flip

Fix image framing, direction, and orientation before generating more media.

What this tool does

Crop, rotate, and flip are basic image cleanup actions. Use them before spending credits on generation.

When to use it

Use these tools when:

  • the subject is too small
  • the frame has useless empty space
  • the image is turned the wrong way
  • left and right direction matters
  • the video first frame needs a cleaner composition

Crop an image

  1. Select an Image node.
  2. Choose Crop.
  3. Move or resize the crop area.
  4. Confirm the crop.
  5. Compare the cropped result with the original.

Rotate or flip an image

  1. Select an Image node.
  2. Choose Rotate & Flip.
  3. Rotate, flip X, or flip Y.
  4. Confirm the result.

What to keep

Keep the version that makes the subject easiest to understand. Delete or move weak versions out of the main flow.

Next step

If the image is useful but too low quality, use Image Upscale.
