Nodes
Create and Use Nodes
Add nodes to the canvas, place them clearly, and use each node for one step.
What this page covers
Nodes are the basic working pieces of a ViraFlow canvas. You add a node, put one idea or piece of media inside it, then continue from that node.
Create a node
Use the left toolbar when you are starting:
- Click
+. - Choose the node type.
- Place the node near the part of the canvas where it belongs.
- Add text, upload media, choose an asset, or generate content.
You can also right-click an empty area of the canvas and add a node at that position.
Choose the right node
Use this quick rule:
| If you have | Start with |
|---|---|
| an idea or prompt | Text |
| a script or shot plan | Script |
| a picture, product, character, or frame | Image |
| a clip or motion result | Video |
| several clips to combine | Video Composer |
Keep the canvas readable
Place source nodes on the left and results to the right. Keep related nodes close together. Move old tests away from the main path when they stop being useful.
