Nodes

Video Node

Use Video nodes for uploaded clips, generated videos, trims, frames, and reusable results.

What a Video node is

A Video node holds video material on the canvas. It can be an uploaded video, an AI-generated clip, a trimmed clip, an upscaled clip, or a clip ready for composition.

What you can do

With a Video node, you can:

  • upload a video
  • choose a video from Assets
  • generate video from text
  • generate video from an image
  • use first, current, or last frames when the workflow supports it
  • upscale a useful clip
  • extract storyboard frames
  • trim a short segment
  • download or save the result to assets

Generate a video

  1. Add or select a Video node.
  2. Connect a useful Text, Image, Script, or Video reference if needed.
  3. Choose the model and visible settings.
  4. Write one clear motion prompt.
  5. Click Generate.
  6. Preview the result.

Keep clips short first

Start with a short test. If the action, subject, and framing work, then generate more versions or use a higher quality setting.

Next step

Combine finished clips with Video Composer Node.
