What a Storyboard Group is

A Storyboard Group keeps several image nodes together as an ordered visual sequence. Use it when a script has multiple shots and you want to review the images as one set.

When to use it

Use a Storyboard Group when:

• you have several storyboard images
• shot order matters
• you want a numbered sheet
• you need batch video nodes after images are ready
• you want to export a storyboard sheet for review

Create a Storyboard Group

1. Select at least two image nodes.
2. Choose Merge as Storyboard or Create Storyboard Group.
3. Review the order.
4. Show numbers if the sequence needs labels.
5. Add or replace images in slots as needed.

Export or continue

You can export the group as one PNG sheet, stitch images, convert the group back to a regular group, ungroup it, or create batch video nodes.
