What this workflow does

This workflow creates a short character video while keeping the character easier to recognize across steps.

Prepare

Start with:

• one strong character image
• optional character turnaround images
• one short action
• one scene or style reference

Build the workflow

1. Add the character image as an Image node.
2. Use Character Turnaround if you need front, side, and back references.
3. Save the strongest character reference to assets.
4. Generate a scene or use a scene reference.
5. Connect the character image to a Video node.
6. Ask for one clear action.
7. Generate a short test.

What to check

Check face, clothing, body shape, and main colors. If the character changes too much, return to the strongest reference image.
