By accessing or using the Service, creating an account, submitting a video URL, uploading content, purchasing credits, or starting a subscription, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ViraFlow is an AI productivity tool for individual creators and teams who work with short-form video. The Service may allow you to:
ViraFlow is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Google, OpenAI, ByteDance, Meta, or any other third-party platform or AI model provider unless expressly stated.
ViraFlow provides a custom interface and workflow layer on top of third-party AI and infrastructure providers. We may mention supported providers or models inside the Service, but those names are not part of our product branding and do not imply affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or ownership by those providers.
ViraFlow is offered as one clearly defined digital software product. It is not a marketplace for third-party sellers, a physical goods store, a donation platform, a private-label resale product, or a tool for reselling third-party intellectual property.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use ViraFlow. If you use ViraFlow on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

"User Content" includes video URLs, uploaded videos, captions, prompts, instructions, settings, source metadata, analysis results, generated outputs, edits, and any other material you submit to or create with the Service.
You retain the rights you already have in your User Content. By using ViraFlow, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, display, modify for technical purposes, and otherwise use User Content as necessary to provide, secure, improve, and support the Service.

ViraFlow is designed for analysis, inspiration, prompt drafting, and lawful creative workflows. It must not be used to download, rip, redistribute, impersonate, or infringe third-party content.
AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, similar to third-party content, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and legally clearing outputs before publishing, commercial use, or reliance.

You are solely responsible for how you use analysis results, prompts, and generated outputs.
You agree not to use ViraFlow to create, analyze, upload, generate, request, distribute, or assist with content or activity that is illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or high risk.

We use content safety controls, including NSFW filtering and automated or manual review, to reduce the risk of prohibited content. These controls are mandatory for AI image, video, and text generation features, and we may block prompts, uploads, generations, galleries, showcases, or tasks that appear to violate these Terms.
We may remove content, block tasks, refuse generation, suspend accounts, revoke credits, deny refunds, or terminate access if we believe these Terms have been violated.
We may report illegal activity to law enforcement or relevant authorities where appropriate.
You may not claim that the use of a third-party AI provider, model, API, or platform excuses prohibited content or policy violations. You are responsible for the content you submit, request, generate, publish, or distribute through the Service.
If you publicly describe, publish, resell, or showcase content created with ViraFlow, you may not:
ViraFlow uses credits for paid analysis and generation features. Credit costs may vary by feature, model, quality setting, duration, or task type.

Video and image generation features may use separate credit rules shown in the product interface or pricing page. For example, some video models may be charged per second and some image models may be charged per generation.

We may change credit pricing, plan features, model availability, or credit consumption rules with notice where required. Changes do not affect credits already consumed.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers or merchant-of-record providers, including Creem, Stripe, PayPal, or other providers shown at checkout.

We do not store complete credit card details. Payment providers may appear on your receipt, checkout page, card statement, or customer portal.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Monthly plans renew monthly. Annual plans renew yearly.
You can cancel your subscription through your account billing area, the payment provider customer portal where available, or by contacting support@viraflow.org with the subject line "Cancel Subscription".
Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless a refund is approved under these Terms or required by law, your current subscription remains active until the end of the paid billing period and is not automatically refunded.
We aim to keep subscription management available directly from the product or through the payment provider customer portal. If you cannot access the cancellation flow, contact us and we will help process the cancellation.
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, request updated payment information, suspend paid features, cancel the subscription, or limit access until payment is completed.

If a subscription refund is approved, we may remove any remaining subscription credits granted under that subscription. One-time pack credits are not affected unless the refund also applies to that purchase.
We aim to handle billing and refund requests fairly and promptly. To request a refund, email support@viraflow.org with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your account email, order number or transaction ID, purchase date, amount paid, plan or credit pack, credits used, and reason for the request.
We aim to respond to refund and billing requests within 3 business days. If we do not respond within the timeframe required by our payment provider or applicable law, the payment provider may take action to resolve the customer request, including issuing a refund where appropriate.
For monthly subscriptions, refund requests may be eligible if:
For annual subscriptions, refund requests may be eligible within 30 days of the initial annual purchase if usage is limited and no policy violation occurred. Approved annual refunds may be prorated and may deduct used time, consumed credits, payment processing costs, taxes, or other non-recoverable costs where permitted by law.
One-time credit purchases and pay-as-you-go credits are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law, where there is a duplicate charge or billing error, or where we determine that a service issue prevented meaningful use.

ViraFlow, including its software, interface, branding, workflows, documentation, databases, designs, prompts, systems, and underlying technology, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly allowed by these Terms or applicable law.

ViraFlow may integrate with or process content from third-party platforms and providers, including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, AI model providers, storage providers, analytics providers, authentication providers, and payment providers.
We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, policies, outputs, actions, or changes. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
If a third-party platform blocks, changes, limits, or removes access to content or APIs, ViraFlow features may be limited or unavailable.
We may restrict, replace, disable, or add safeguards around specific models, providers, or workflows when required for content safety, payment compliance, provider policy, legal compliance, or risk management.
We may change, suspend, discontinue, rate-limit, or remove any feature, model, provider, plan, or content at any time. We may also perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent access to the Service, task results, generated outputs, or stored content.
You may stop using ViraFlow at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service if:

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.
We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements, produce desired creative results, comply with third-party platform rules, or be suitable for legal, professional, commercial, or regulated use without your own review.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ViraFlow and its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, business interruption, or cost of substitute services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to ViraFlow for the Service in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100, whichever is greater.
